The trial of 26 year old Greek student Maria Fanoudaki, Has been adjourned until 17th August.. while Stuart Feltham flies home to gather evidence????
“I asked for the postponement of the case as Mr Feltham had to return to England for medical matters and to return to his family and also to gather more evidence in collaboration with his father.”

Speaking from hospital, Mr Feltham told the Daily Telegraph he was subjected to an “unprovoked attack”.
Unfortunately for Mr Feltham the Greek public are saying otherwise, and SKY news is reporting that Stuart Feltham has fled Greece fearing for his life and his father as saying once again that reports that his son was behaving in anyway indecently were “absolute nonsense”.
anonymous reports cite the Greek police as saying Stuart Feltham was ‘waving his genitals in the air’ at passing females prior to the alleged attack.
The incident has hit the headlines in Greece, with many Greek citizens toasting Ms Fanoudaki and some referring to her as a heroine who has taken a stand against badly behaved British tourists and louts.
Mr Felthams friend Aaron Chatwin claims in the Telegraph that:
“He’s got a girlfriend who he has been with for six months back at home, so he wouldn’t have been after that girl.”
Now call me a bit cynical here but i wonder how many young men go to the Greek islands without their girlfriends and ‘dont get carried away’ with someone they shouldn’t?
I also wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that according to both the Felthams and Mr Chatwin that Stuart Feltham was the stereotypical saint in a resort renowned for the prolific drunken sex antics of British tourists? and the vigour of their denials that Stuart Feltham did anything other than behave like a saint?
It has also been noted that Ms Fanoudaki contacted the police herself and having given a statement was sent on her way and is now also according to her lawyer considering bringing charges of sexual assault against Stuart Feltham.
Everything that has been said to date by supporters of Stuart Feltham only supports my view that he tried it on with Ms Fanoudaki, got a drink thrown over him and somehow accidentally ignited it maybe with a contact from a cigarette.
Having visited Crete’s resorts myself in the past i simply cannot conceive of a group of young twenty somethings behaving like saints on their last night on the Island.
‘last night in Malia’ and ‘not trying it on with girls’ are simply poles apart.
If it is proven in court that Stuart Feltham is lying and in turn risking a young lady’s freedom to cover up for the fact he is just another alcohol fuelled holiday maker who has some explaining to do to a girlfriend back home.. then i hope he is strung up for it..
And as such, If this is all a lie as I’m convinced it is.. maybe he should act like a man and come clean. At least it will be the one decent thing he will have done in this sorry tale.
