How do you resolve the problem?

If your name is Dave Carroll, you write a song about your grievence.. record a video and post it to youtube. The Singer/Songwriter was annoyed at the response and indifference of aviation giant United Airlines after his guitar was alledgedly broken during a flight.

The video has been a sensation on the YouTube site and perfomer Dave Caroll has appeared on CBS to give an exclusive interview in which he revealed there are 2 more United Airlines songs yet to come.

United Airlines having previously told Carroll that they would not enter into more correspondence on the matter, have now offered the singer/songwriter compensation and have announced they plan to use the song/video in their customer services agents training.
